Passaconaway Country Club is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Litchfield, New Hampshire.
Passaconaway Country Club officially opened in September of 1989 and was designed by Brian Silva of the distinguished design team of Cornish and Silva out of Amherst, Massachusetts.
The course occupies 140 acres and sits along the Merrimack River. Although set in a bucolic setting, this is a demanding course with undulating greens and water hazards on every hole. The fairways are narrow and tree lined and the large greens are fast. The front 9 challenges length while the back 9 rewards accuracy.
Par for the course is 71. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,855 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5,369 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 5, a par-5 that plays to 591 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 2, a par-3 that plays to 173 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 12, a 412-yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 9, a 317 yard par-4.

Enjoyable course to walk. The course has one uphill par 5, otherwise the course can be considered flat. I played early in the year (April) and the greens were quick with grass just starting to grow. Layout has several long par 4s that require good placement off the tee.
